Guys - how do I de-link my reminders that I set using siri 'remind me to..' from showing in my Outlook tasks. I went to settings - reminders, default list and see 'tasks' checked but there is no way to uncheck it. I mostly remind myself of personal things like shopping lists, etc and there's no need for it to go to my work Outlook

Thanks

If you have another account on the iPhone, you can select it as the default. If you only have the one account, you cannot deselect it.

Where do I check that? When I go to Accounts - gmail, I have 4 options - mail, contacts, calendars & notes and the latter two are checked

Apparently Gmail doesn't have reminders. I just checked this with my Gmail account, and no reminders. If it were available, it would be where you see the mail, contacts, calendars, and notes.

Any other Siri-capable reminders app which will stay local to the iphone? All my siri reminders are quite personal and I'd rather not have them sync to Outlook. Thanks

I am not aware of any local only reminder apps. Maybe some other member might have suggestions.

If you have an iCloud account (not sure if you are signing in to iCloud on your iPhone) then you could use iCloud reminders. Then you could select iCloud as your default reminders and that would keep them separate from your work account.

in my usage, I have a personal Hotmail account (outlook.com now) and I use that account for my default reminders. I also have my work email (Microsoft Exchange) on my phone, but since it is not set as default, any "Hey Siri, remind me to..." get added to my Hotmail reminders list.
