Reminders in iOS 5 Beta 4 GPS NOT Working

Hi, does anyone else have a problem with their Reminders.app in iOS 5 Beta 4?
Here are the issues I've found:
- Cannot create a new list
- Whenever I ARRIVE at the location, the app doesn't remind me of the task

I am having the same issue. I haven't yet had the chance to receive a reminder upon arriving at an address, though despite my efforts and searching I can't for the life of me figure out how to create a new list! I would assume when one would log into their iCloud and create a new list it would be pushed to the devices set to sync with their cloud. Then again i would also assume apple would provide a way to make a new list on the device itself.

It should be noted that I am not a developer so my version of the beta 4 os is less than legit, and may be prone to certain issues. I also, due to not paying the $99/year fee do not have access to the beta iCloud site.

As long as your UDID is registered, the iOS 5 betas are all the same. The real developers don't get any special treatment or anything.

My location thing isn't working either. So I'm not using it til final release.
