iPhone Reminders- Location Based

Really frustrating. Everything understands my “Work” location/address except for Reminders. Puts my work address about 10 miles North of where it should be. I know Reminders in iOS 13 hasn’t gotten off to a solid start but is this particular issue a known bug?
Works fine with my “Home” location though.
