Reminders not syncing / updating between mac and devices

My reminders app is not being sync'd automatically between my mac pro (11.4 big sur) and my iphone 14.6 and ipad

Any Ideas why this is?

I've done all the checks - sign in on your account, date and time set ok, reminders in icloud turned on etc etc...
