Reminders - "OK"?

I use Siri on the watch to set a reminder. Any way to OK the reminder without touching the watch?

"Hey Siri, remind me to go to bed at 10pm". Watch presents me the reminder with "OK" or "Cancel". is there a way to verbally OK the reminder like on iPhone? Seems counterproductive to dictate then have to tap the watch to complete the action.
