I want to set a reminder to appear on my screen at 6pm on Friday about an appointment on Saturday at 10am.

In the reminder, I want to remind myself of the time and the day of the appointment. Eg: "10am tomorrow".

But when I type "10am tomorrow", the reminder jumps to 10am tomorrow – so it'll appear at that time, which is no good.

How do I set a reminder before the time of the appointment, and mention in the reminder the time and date of the appointment?
