Reminders wiped by iCloud but still reminding?

I set up some reminders on my phone, some of which were location based, prior to setting up iCloud. When I set up iCloud and migrated everything from MobileMe, all my reminders were wiped out. However, I'm getting notifications of the location based ones even though they are not present in the Reminders app. Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution to it?

Off topic: has anyone managed to sync the reminders with the iCloud calendar? In the reminders App there's the option to go to a calendar, but it's only showing my non-iCloud calendars...
