remote access mac online

Im looking for an online option to connect from windows based system to my mac desktop at home from work.
My work doesn't allow third party software etc on pc.
so looking for an online option via the web maybe.
any advise.

You'll need to install software of some kind to achieve that. TeamViewer is a great tool for remote access between Macs and PCs. It's free and simple to install.

Logmein Free

I use Logmein free which is browser based. You may need to install a browser plug on your work machine but if I remember right you can decline and it will use Java. Performance is usually dictated by your upload speed and can sometimes seem a little slow but is perfect for infrequent remote control. There is an application install on the machine you want to control.
