Remote access to time capsule

I have read many posts on this subject but none seem to help me in what I am trying to accomplish.

I have
-a time capsule that is connected to a modem as our wireless router
-a second time capsule that is being used as a wireless disk on the network

I want to
-access this second time capsule from any computer with an internet connection via PC (the type principally used at work). Goal is to be able to access this disk from work much like what I have been able to do with my mobile me idisk. I mounted the mobile me drive on my PCs but I can not seem to figure out how to get access like this to this second time capsule.

HELP?!?
