Dear MacRumours community
I have a problem to connect my remote app with my iTunes library on my iMac.

The strange thing is that I can connect to the iTunes library on my Macbook Air. Both computers are in the same wi-fi network. The iTunes preferences were the same. Do you have any idea what the problem could be?

Thanks for your helping.

Here some information about my setup:
- Airport Extreme as router
- IMac (2009) with Snow Leopard
- iTunes 10.0.1
- Airport Express as connection to my hi-fi
- iPhone 4 with Remote app 2.0.1
- Snow Leopard Firewall is activated. Itunes is allowed to accept incoming connection
- No other Firewall (e.g. Little Snitch,...)
- Itunes settings: "look for remotes" is activated, "sharing library" is activated
- The initial setup of remote is actually working => I can enter the Phasecode in iTunes. After that the remote app tries to connect to the library, but can't find it "Remote can't connect to your iTunes library. Check your network settings and try again".

As said before I can use the Remote for the iTunes library on my Macbook Air. I have ckecked all the settings. They are the same. I also have no problems to share my MBA library to my IMac and vice versa.
