Ok so I have the Ipod Touch 8gig and yes I waited all friggen day on the 11th for the 2.0 update. So anyways I noticed that the Remote App is buggy.
1st Problem
So i Open the program, it does the search for Library_____Music.
The application cannot find the library unless I open and have my computer running Itunes. Not that big of deal but I would like the remote app program to open Itunes automatically.
2nd Problem
I have my playlists and I have South Park Episodes I downloaded from the ITs store. Now I wanna watch them using this new remote app.
So here's what I'm doing. Im going to my playlist on the remote. Selecting the file I click on the video file I want. The Video does not visually appear on my computer but you can clearly see that the file is playing and you can hear the sound. Now if I go on my computer to Itunes and go to my playlist under the same location and open the file on my computer I can now see the video visually in the bottom left corner and double click to get the pop out and full screen it if I want. After doing so I use my Ipod Touch and I now have control of the video.
I don't understand why I cannot simply click on a video file on the remote app and the video doesn't visually show up on my computer.
3rd Problem
Why can't you use the Remote App for Front Row?
Anyone else experiencing the same problems? Please post feedback and possible solutions. All possible solutions are well appreciated and thanks for taking your time to read this thread.
