Remote app that works with PS3?

There aren't any. The other BD remotes work over WiFi, not Bluetooth. In order to pair, the other device needs to go through the Made For iPod certification program. Sony's probably not going to want to pay Apple licensing fees for every PS3 sold. Unless Sony updates the PS3 firmware to accept remote input over the network, i can't debit ever happening.
