my VM superhub was replaced yesterday

I was previosly using VM superhub -Airport Extreme -macbook for 'wireless backup' to western digital external hdd

since the hub was replaced neither mackbook or carbon cloner can 'access' the wd external drive wirelessly

Is there any advice on how to setup wirless or remote access to the external hdd?
