Remote CD / DVD Sharing Drive Will Not Show Up

My iMac CD drive is knackered so I have set to share the drive from my MBP, only thing is the iMac can't see this drive when you go into finder, any ideas?

Remote Disc is activated by default only on Macs that come shipped without a DVD drive.
There are, however, numerous guides on how to enable it on any Mac, for example this one.
