remote connection NOK

Hello,

i have os x 10.10.1 server. Every time I am trying to connect to server - i got error message - can see in screenshot.

Its so - every time:
- 1st attempt error
- 2nd attempt connection without problem

is there someone with same error and maybe solution?
thx
