Remote connection via VPN

Hi! I set up VPN at work place and there is no problems to connect to it from my iPad from home, but I've tried already 5 apps but no one allows me to connect to ant of remote (work) mac's. At work these apps works, VPN also works correctly (for logs).
Does anyone have some suggestions, or similar problem with remote conenction thfu VPN?
