I know there is iLoveControl (which is for a professopmal setup), but what I would like to see is something like Harmony develop an app for the iPhone. Obviously there would need to be some sort of WiFi or Bluetooth device with IR repeaters. But just thinking of the how nice the UI would be should inspire someone to develop this. Maybe even have both WiFi and Bluetooth so I can control my PS3 as well.

I agree that Logitech should break out something like this but then somehow I believe that would knock some of their sales down. How much would the app cost and could they make it so it will link to their site where you can customize all your settings and save them? I doubt the app would be all that cheap because their remotes aren't cheap. Well worth the cash, but not cheap by any means.
