Hey guys,

I just got my new IMac last night and have the audio running through my M-Audio 410 firewire interface. What's odd is that the remote control will not adjust the volume on the computer, but the rest of the itunes and system levels will...any assistance would be awesome. thanks.

Normal behaviour. Its the same with my MOTU 828 firewire audio interface. Infact I believe its the same with any alternative output selected. The system passes audio directly to the interface, bypassing the usual volume control. So you use the volume on the interface or source software instead.
Not ideal when using a remote, granted. But there you go..
