Remote Desktop Connection - Transferring Files

Hi,

My school now forcing us to use a terminal server to access the internet at school. I'm using Microsoft's Remote Desktop Connection to access the server. The only problem is I can't find a way to transfer files to/from my local Mac's HD to the terminal server. I already checked the option to share my Mac's HD with the network computer, but it doesn't work. Is there any way to transfer files between the two?
