Remote Desktop Into Parallels 4

Is is possible to set up Parallels 4 on a mac running windows and then remote desktop directly into windows from another location e.g. work?

If you want to go in directly via Windows and not through the Mac OS side of things and just shuffle windows (no reason why you can't) then any one of the free VNC programs floating around should work fine. Chicken of the VNC is a great Mac client and I've heard good things about Tight VNC for Windows.
