Remote for MacMini (iTunes)

Hey,

I have my MacMini connected to the TV and use it mostly as media station for movies and music.
Is there any existing apple remote which I can use to control iTunes with?

I remember years ago I had some sort of apple remote but I am not sure if those are still around and will work with iTunes?

An alternative would be any kind of app that lets me connect from my Macbook or iPhone to the MacMini to change songs / albums in iTunes.

Any ideas?

Using screensharing right now, but its a bit of a pain. Is there an apple or 3rd party remote?

Have you tried the iPhone Remote App on the App Store? It is purely for iTunes. You have to be on the same Wifi network, but that sounds like it wouldn't be an issue on the facts.

I use rowmote pro on my ipad it works well.
