remote is not seeing my shared library?

I have remote sharing turned on in itunes but neither my iPad nor iPhone are seeing it ???

Remote app; iTunes issues.

I am having the same issue.
Not sure if it's the new version of iTunes or the new iOS.
It wasn't working Friday afternoon, then it was working Friday night. Saturday it's not working again.

From iTunes (Win7) I cannot see my appleTV or airport express. No AirPlay icon.
From iPad I can see AppleTV, via remote app, but not my Library.

Are you using homesharing, or just the basic sharing option?
