I have the old white remote and it has some sort of conflict with itunes.

Since I downloaded the 9.0.2 version of itunes the remote will no longer control the volume while playing music from itunes. If I want to use front row I need to quit out of itunes. If I want to use it to control volume on streaming video, I need to quit out of itunes. I have tried downloading itunes a second time, but this has not helped. I do get an error message of some type when installing 9.0.2. I asked at the Apple store and was told it had something to do with an audio module. I have tried installing the new itunes now 4 times with no change in error message.

System extension cannot be used

"The system extension "/System/Library/Extensions/CDSDAudioCaptureSupport.kext" was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it, or contact the product's vendor for an update.

The remote works fine as long as I quit out of itunes first.

I assume this is a bug with 9.0.2, but have not read anything about it in the last few days. I have to assume that Apple is the product vendor.

Anyone else having this problem????

thanks
