Remote log into IOS device

Are there any free apps out there that I can remote into another IOS device, I would like to help out my dad with an issue on his phone and he lives very far away.

I think Teamviewer now allows it taking advantage of the screen recording that was added recently but not sure if its possible on a free version of Teamviewer
