Remote management software for Mac

If this has been covered in other posts, just point me in the right direction.

My Dad just bought a Mac and is struggling. I would love to help him, but I need to see his screen to see what the problem is. I used to use LogMeIn when he had a PC. Is there something similar for the Mac that would let me easily manage his MacBook Pro remotely without having to reconfigure their wireless router or change a lot of network settings? He needs to be able to install it so anything complicated would be out of the question. Thanks
