Remote Not Working Since Leopard Install

I got Leopard for Christmas and installed it that afternoon.

Then I tried to watch a video later in the week and the Apple Remote is not working... any suggestions?

I have a C2D MacBook.

Try System Preferences->Security->General->Pair
