How can I remotely access my Photos Library in their existing folder and album structures from iOS?

I use a application called Blinq, and it was wonderful!

http://www.blinqphoto.com

I used to be able to access all my photos from my MacPro on iPhone and iPad or anywhere really, it generated low data bandwidth thumbnails, and gave the option to view items in full resolution.

But the New “Photos Library.photoslibrary”, and consequently the “iPhoto Library.migratedphotolibrary” does not work when trying to link the Blinqs App to it anymore :(

And the best part is that it was all super simple, reliable and FREE !

What can I do to get iOS remote access back to all my photos in their “Photos Library” folder and album structure?

Is there anyway to re connect the NEW Photos Library to BLINQ?

The Library is ~150GB so I really dont think the iCloud photo library is going to work very well :(

Any Apps or things I have not been able to locate that has this functionality to view Photos Library in its Folder and Album structure?
