Remote Screen Shot Software

I am looking for some sort of software that can send me screen shots of a computer on my network and send them to a remote location. I have a user that is spending a lot of time on the net doing things that they shouldn't be doing and violating our Internet Usage regs at work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I don't know how, but someone should be able to make a simple bash script to take an SS and email it. Then you would just setup a cronjob to run the script the times you wish.
