Hi, anyone know of a way to remotely startup my G5 iMac remotely so that I can access it via SFTP? I have set the energy saver to start up on a modem ring, but this doesen't seem to work, I would try the wakeup with ethernet option, but it's connected wirelessly.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Alan

I have used this:

to manually do remote power cycling.

It looks nice although sounds like it unplugs your computer from power :)eek:) .... I prefer my card since it will shut it down first (as pressing power button does).
