I have a MacBook Pro with Lion (10.7.2). I use it as my admin console for just about everything. There are multiple Apple servers that I manage running a variety of OS levels and the standard Screen Sharing app worked well. However, I needed to use some of the functions of RemoteDesktop and tried to load the 3.2 version. The install indicated that it was successful. I was asked to put in my activation key, which was accepted, then the whole thing went west. The app crashed every time I tried to start it, so I dumped it in the trash and went back to use the standard Screen Sharing app - it now never completes the connection. I get asked for the userid and password, which are accepted, but the remote screen is never displayed. After leaving it running for about 3 minutes, Force Quit shows the app as not responding. I get the beach ball of death and have to force quit to kill it.

Any ideas on how to recover this short of a reinstall - not really an option at the moment!!

Thanks in advance.
