iPod touch Remotely access webcam with ipod touch.....

I have a Logitech QuickCam Orbit AF on my computer. This webcam has motors in it that allow me to control it and point it all over the place. I also have an ipod touch. My question is, is there any way to remotely access this webcam and view live video AND to allow me to control where it points remotely. Normally I do this by getting on VNC and controlling and viewing the webcam from my desktop, but this is a very slow and tedious process. Is there anything that can do this?
