I just lost my iPhone and I don't have a mobile me account to remotely wipe it. Does anyone know of a way to brick the iPhone, by knowing the UDID?
When the thief will try to connect the iPhone to iTunes, iTunes will try to sync. That will not be possible, so he will Restore it. I think there is a way, during verification of iPhone (during restore process), by iTunes checking that the UDID is blacklisted, to brick the iPhone by making in unusable. I think I have read about this somewhere but I cannot seem to find it...
I have an exchange account, but it is GMail's exchange. Is there a way to brick to remotely wipe it that way? (You can wipe it with an Exchange account, but in Gmail's case I don't think it is possible. )
Any help is appreciated.
