Remotely Enable Screen Sharing? (Back to my Mac enabled, screensharing disabled)

I already have access to my mac's files from back to my mac, but I need to screen share to run a certain program. Is there any way I can enable screen sharing if it is currently disabled?

Kickstart

You can use the kickstart command via SSH (that is, hoping you have SSH enabled). Refer to this doc:
