Remotely Shutdown Mac From A PC

Hi All,

I'm looking for a way to have a PC shutdown a mac via script control. Ideally, I'd be able to call a URL such as 'http://myimac.local/webscripts/shutdown' and have all apps force quit and power down. I know this can be done via ssh or vnc but I'm hoping there's something quick and easy.

Additionally, is there an easy way to make a script that when run, shuts down the PC in 20 minutes?
