Removable Disk Drive support for an MP3 player

Hi

There is an MP3 player I was looking at and it said it had removable disk drive support (which i think is the same as Usb mass storage).

Does mac os x always support devices which use this removable disk drive?

On the site advancedmp3players.co.uk it said it only worked with PC only. But I just want to know if this is definitely correct.

Most standard MP3 players work with Macs even if their system requirements say otherwise. It's usually just a matter of dragging the actual MP3 files across to the mounted USB device in Finder. However, that's not always the case, it's merely a rule of thumb. Maybe do a quick Google search to see if you can find others' experience with OSX. Alternatively, get an iPod.
