How does one remove the hard drive from a very old 2000 power book hard drive before recycling it?

PS. My PowerMac G3 server is older than your PB. I hardly consider it 'very' old. But I guess if you're operating on Intel Mac terms it could be considered that way.
However, I frequent the PowerPC area of the MR Forums, so there's that.
