Removal of Hard Drive

I've got an old Apple G3 (Blue and white - code name Yosemite).
I'm trying to extract the hard drive from it.

Does anyone have any hints? It looks like I have to remove a screw but it's one of those g%$# D**&^ goofy screw with the weird head. I'm about to just drill it out!

I'm wondering if the hard drive is connected to the metal plate that is behind it and if so, how?

There are no weird screws in the B/W Macs. I removed my drive many times on it. You need to remove the screws from the side and then there might be one more screw holding the metal frame to the enclosure. Then just pull the IDE and power plug. Its pretty straight forward.
