I have some old emails on my iPad that I cannot remove,when I open the email and tap on the bin I get the message asking if I want to remove the message when click ok to remove I then get a message telling me my message cannot be removed,newer messages delete without a problem.I am using outlook when I open outlook on my mac the old messages do not show ?.Any help please.

Removing the accounts and adding them back might prompt them to be deleted/solve the deletion error. Go to: SETTINGS > MAIL > ACCOUNTS, then tap on the account and scroll down to delete.

Turn the iPad on and off (this is actually not vital at all, but can help clear stuck data). Then add the accounts from the Mail section in settings again.

Should solve things, if not let me know and I will think of something else.
