I want to remove my old apple watch. I unpaired it and removed it withe Watch app. It no longer shows up in the watch app. However, it still shows up as a source in Apple Health. Is there a way to remove it there?

if you delete it in the Health app you will lose all health data associated with that watch - is that what you want?

I did remove the data. Now I would like it removed from health so I don’t see it.
I think you have to go into every section where the data might be and remove it ...

There was someone a year or so ago who deleted their entire health data, you might want to search in the forum.

If it’s not on your iCloud I see no reason to remove data.
I think that health data is sync'd, so deleting data on your phone will delete the data in iCloud (assuming you have that setup), or it might get re-added during sync :)
I have no reason to fiddle with this, on my phone almost 9 years of health tracking with AW take 2.9GB, not worth to delete it, for me.
