Remove Birthdays from Calendar?

So I synced my Facebook friends' profile pictures with my contacts with an app. It also synced birthdays too. Now every day on my calendar has a dot, representing something is going on. most of them, are birthdays for people i barely talk to. how do i remove these besides doing it one by one? theres over 500 of them.

Click Calendars. Click to uncheck Birthdays.

What if you do want some birthdays in there?
