Remove Carrier from Settings > Phone > At&T Services

I have weird problem
i brought iPhone 4S from US Factory Unlocked 64GB with iOS 7

i upgraded to iOS 7.0.4 today

Iam using Airtel as my Carrier here in India

i problem i have is i can still see this AT&T Services Settings in my Mobile how to remove it

The Problem i am facing is when i want to check my Balance giving *123# it is going to call mode not detected it as othe rmode

How to fix this
Please let me know

Try Reseting Network Settings and removing and reinstalling sim card?

i did reset network settings and reinstalled SIM

This would require a carrier update to download to the phone.

When I got my AT&T 4S unlocked, I began using it with T-Mobile. It still showed the AT&T services thing like yours is. Once T-Mobile announced that they would start supporting the iPhone and that they would push a carrier file to the iPhone, the AT&T services was replaced by T-Mobiles.
