Hello,

I was looking for a way to batch download audio files on a webpage and I tested out a few programs.

It all came to nothing and I've deleted all the software with AppCleaner but one is still showing in the Sound section of System Preferences. It is called "Apowersoft_AudioDevice".

Does anyone know how I can get rid of it?

Regards

Please, download and use EasyFind. Start and look for "Apowersoft_AudioDevice" entries. Delete them. Restart your Mac.

That did it. ;)

It took a couple attempts because there are different options but it seems that the cause of the problem was a file in the Extensions folder.

Thank you. :)
