General Remove dependencies

Is there a way to remove dependencies for tweaks?

I want to use WifiSMS but it forces me to install SBsettings since it's activated via just that. But I just use activator for those, and have never had a problem. So can I install that without SB Settings in any way?

Can I suggest email the Dev. I know Dumb Idea it's logical and all.

I doubt you'd be able to install it without its dependant program since they are bundled together.
I hate that some apps force you install other things you dont want or need too.
Like Lab said contact the Dev to see if he can help you out further.
