Remove 'Downloading..' from Photos app

I've recently restored my iCloud backup and there are 1,200 photos in there, I've already deleted them in iCloud and previously backed up on my computer. Now I'm still stuck with 'Downloading..' even though I've deleted all of them.. how can I remove this?
