Remove-From-Dock Smoke/Sound Every Time Chrome is Opened

This is a bizarre issue... not a huge deal but annoying nonetheless. That puff of smoke that you get whenever you remove something from the dock, shows up every time I open up Chrome, up by the menu bar. Anyone know what could be causing this?

Remove those bookmarks from where swoosh sound is coming, then re- add them.
