Remove "iCloud Download" Files from iTunes

There used to be a checkbox option in Preferences->Store for "Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases". That checkbox is no longer there, and as of the last iTunes update, all the cloud purchases are showing again in iTunes. I don't use nor do I intend to use iCloud features. I only like to deal with my music locally.

Has anyone found the new location for turning off iCloud purchases in iTunes 12.2.x ?

It's up there, and you have to do it for everything (Music, TV series, movies)
