I am aware that accessibility controls on the iPad can prevent users from accessing some of the default apps but my understanding is that it only hides them. As I have researched how to remove default apps on the iPad, it looks like jailbreaking is the only way to do this.

My question is - how do schools and corporations that want to use the iPad only for just a couple of apps get around this? Surely they aren't jailbreaking too, right? Isn't there a more official method?
