Remove Mac Pro PSU Fan Bracket/ PS Divider

I'm converting my 2006 Mac Pro to a 2008 Mac Pro, and to do this I need to drill out the PSU divider. Does anybody have any idea on how to remove this without tearing down the entire computer?
