Remove Personal Info but Leave JB

I have an Ipad2 that's on 4.33 and jailbroken - is it possible to remove my personal info (email/passwords) and leave it JB - I want to sell it.

best to restore and rejailbreak...thats what i did with the ipad1...i understand you can't totally erase all traces of your info deep in the file system.

edit: assuming you have SHSH saved
