Remove PRSI from the "New Posts" Report

Pretty straightforward.

I really don't want any PRSI gumming up the "New Posts" page. That forum just isn't enjoyable at all despite it getting a ton of activity.

You can mute any forum you’re not interested in. Keeps them from showing up in New Posts.
